After returning the travel package because it did not live up to the cheap trips. I was able to book for less my self. Promised refund after the package was received by your company which was confirmed. I have been waiting for 90 days, I have called and was told it will be posted to my account.
Tania Twice told me she would handle it. Not done.
Very rude when asking her why the delay. I plan to file a small claim action and will have the CEO servered with papers. Not a way to run your company.
