I joined Cheap Trips in March, Platinum member, then April went to VIP member. Called and cancelled
When I cancelled Cheap Trips membership, I was told I would get my $163.90 back on credit card in 90 days. Have not received yet, called 4 times told it would be returned now. I joined in March and went to VIP in April, returned all material by registered mail, no refund yet. I need my refund, where do I go now?? Will call them daily and e-mail them daily also. Please reply. Thanks, Marylou Oudshoff, mo4sis@***.com. I am 76 years old and live off SS and can't afford to throw away this amount of money.

Cheaptrips would not give me my money back
I joined Cheaptrips and attempted to use my temporary ID and password to book a flight. It would not work. I tried to call them 3X and couldn't get through. I ended up booking the flight on my own. Then I attempted to use them again. Through them the flight for a companion and me would be $2000, on my own I got the flight for $800 for both of us. I did not attempt to get my money back within 30 days. But I didn't use ANY of their services and they haven't refunded my money.

Promises refund but doesn't deliver
This company is nothing but a thief hiding under a corporate name. I have now called three times for a refund of my membership. I sent all materials back according to their requirements and have proof of doing so. They keep telling me that my refund will appear on my next billing cycle. Although I have not gotten satisfaction from them, my bank is investigating the company and is crediting my credit card for the amount that I paid. At least I am getting my money back. I hope that eventually VISA will block them from taking their cards. I am also contacting each state that licenses sellers of travel and asking that they revoke this companies license.

My experince with the company that everybody loves too hate
I auctally use too work for cheaptrips. now let me tell you about my experince. now first of all if you ever want to find drugs the place is always over flowing with drugs. managers,reps,center director, data entry. You name it they were on it. always pushing for us reps too get sales "pitch em get them excited lets start saving these peoples money" what a joke. always holding our jobs over our heads.I went too councling and of course my councler would ask so where do you work I would tell them immeditally they were like you work there that place is not the place for you too be working. There is alot of illegal activety going on there and I would say really like I did'nt no what they were talking about.Any way about a month after working there I asked my self a question am I ripping people off or are they really getting a good deal I guess it all depends on who you are. anyways that was my experince with cheaptrips and I will never forget it sincerly lucas bouchard

Canceled Membership;No Promised Refund Received
I accepted an online offer from CheapTrips, P.O.Box 4500, SunValley, ID 83353 also P.O.Box 2036, CherryHill, NJ 08034, in September 2007. In early October 2007, I decided to cancel my membership and was told to return all materials sent to me and I would promptly receive a refund of $113 to Visa account. I returned all materials on 10/2/2007. As of March 20, 2008, I have not received my refund, even though I have called repeatedly, been told the materials were received, and have been promised the refund "by the next billing cycle". How many billing cycles does it take? How do I get satisfaction??

Failed to refund package retuned 90 days ago
After returning the travel package because it did not live up to the cheap trips. I was able to book for less my self. Promised refund after the package was received by your company which was confirmed. I have been waiting for 90 days, I have called and was told it will be posted to my account. Tania Twice told me she would handle it. Not done. Very rude when asking her why the delay. I plan to file a small claim action and will have the CEO servered with papers. Back in July 2007 i paid for 2 trips and after reviewing them on delivery i decided against them. I mailed back all info and they asured my refund. Dec 2007 i did recieve 1/2 of it. Now everyday i call and get put on "Tonya's" voice mail and still have not recieved a call. I get hateful with them now because i am sick of it. Where do we go from here. There is always someone higher than an "offic manager. The 800 number i call goes to the right department but i can not get any satisfation with them. Help someone. TAK
